less than 34,000 original miles on this 85 year old 1930 FORD modle A fordor 3 window town sedan....The NADA "average value shows $17,500 for a 20 footer, and this is a 10 footer( paint is not perfect seen closer than 10') and has just had over $10,000 invested in the motor, top, tires, interior and much, much, more listed at the end of this post. Original California car. No Rust. original sheet metal, original motor, transmission and driveline. all doors, windows working well. VIN # A[removed phone]. 4 cylinder 40 hp @ 2200 rpm in 1930 Ford produced 1,261,053 Model A's, and this is one of only 104,935 model A fordor 3 window town sedans. the 5th rarest of all model A's built that year. This has the MURRAY (155-A,C/165A,C) body with the arched top door window openings.3 speed manual transmission. although the interior has been redone in a nice looking , well warring, black vinyl, they kept the original Solid hardwood ( quarter sawn White Oak) frames and original springs. the original wood between the door exterior and interior also is in place. tires are new. Vinyl top in new. all new wiring, so all running and break lights work. new speedometer cable, and odometer all working, New radiator. new carburetor and air cleaner. new battery and cables. new water pump and seals. 30 point inspection done on suspension, steering and breaks, and all look almost like new, and are in good working condition, and well lubricated. new fuel lines, switch shutoff, and filter. fuel tank just cleaned out. Head was taken off, machined down, and all pistons, cylinders and walls were inspected and ok'ed. then had reinstalled with new studs and bolts and seals. new spark plugs, cleaned and sealed all water jackets, and steam holes. Oil changed with premium oil filter. New distributor shaft, distributor cap and cap body. new spark plug straps, new ignition coil, new ignition switch , updated design.new ignition rotor.new headlight bulbs. Rebuilt the original generator. fixed exhaust leak at the manifold/exhaust pipe connection.
